How do we use your personal information?

We use information you provide through support requests to respond, troubleshoot, and improve SupportConnect. Order or billing information submitted through the app is used to process purchases and communicate about orders. Device Information is used for fraud screening and product improvement. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics) and legal authorities when required. Where you have given marketing preferences, we will honor those preferences when sending product updates or support surveys.

SupportConnect Privacy

This Support & Privacy page explains how LumenWell Apps (SupportConnect) collects, uses, and shares information when you contact support, create an account, or use the SupportConnect service. We collect device information (browser, IP address, time zone), usage data (pages and features used), and information you provide to support (name, email, issue details). Device Information helps us protect accounts, analyze trends, and improve the SupportConnect experience. When you contact us via the support form we collect contact details and the contents of your request to help resolve your issue and follow up.

You can opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting ad settings with the provider. Facebook Ads opt-out | Google Ads opt-out. We do not currently change our data practices in response to Do Not Track signals. European residents have rights to access, update, or request deletion of personal information — contact our team to exercise rights. Data related to orders is retained unless you request deletion. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an effective date.
